Management Consultant - Disputes & Valuations

AlixPartners is a global business consulting firm that offers challenging mandates from disruptive trends. The company is looking for a Management Consultant with expertise in financial analysis and valuation, as well as strong analytical and communication skills.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in a leading management consulting firm
• Very good academic qualifications: completed Bachelor's and Master's degree, CFA (Level 1) and/or CPA, ACA, ACCA, Certified Public Accountant or equivalent degree
• Experience in research/professorship is an advantage
• Proven expertise in the field of financial analysis and valuation of companies in various industries and sizes for e.g. M&A, accounting, restructuring, tax purposes, valuation procedures and legal disputes
• High business and analytical skills as well as modeling competence
• Track-Record in the development of implementable, qualitative solutions, coordination in multiple work streams, as well as ability to take over various areas of work in full
• Excellent communication and interactive skills, which you will use effectively on the supervisory board and executive board level
• Problem-solving-oriented, entrepreneurial, and strongly analytical personality
• Secure conversation in German and English, further foreign languages are an advantage
• High travel readiness - hybrid travel model
• Applicants must have a work permit that allows them to travel and work in the EU
