We are looking for a Domestic Sales professional to join our team in Italy. The candidate will be responsible for managing projects, creating sales portfolios, and developing relationships with decision-makers. The ideal candidate will have a technical education, preferably in Engineering, and previous experience in the water treatment, sewerage, plumbing, and heating sectors.
Requirements
- Technical education, preferably with a degree in Engineering (Sanitary, Hydraulic, Civil, Energy, Mechanics)
- Previous experience in the same role and in the water treatment, sewerage, plumbing and heating sectors is preferred.
- Open-minded approach and teamwork.
- New interdisciplinary approach (technical, commercial, marketing).
- Knowledge of products, solutions and services of Company, Group, competitors.
- Commercial and technical competence.
- Knowledge of the relevant market processes for the approval of new projects.
- CRM IT system.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong and long-term relationships with targeted customers/stakeholders.
- Strong development of profitable sales and specification actions for the market.
- Customer needs orientation through availability, courtesy and competence.
