We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Recruiting department and oversee our full cycle recruiting needs, with a focus on contract hires. This will be a global role where you will hire candidates internationally to work across various functions and departments.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A solid understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
- Ability to work on roles with ambiguous requirements
- Ability to work independently and fast-paced on multiple job requisitions at the same time
- Fully fluent in English
