Business Development Representative

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive growth within our Business Development department. This role focuses on prospecting, qualifying leads, and booking meetings with decision-makers across retail, grocery, QSR, and enterprise facility clients.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of sales, business development, or customer-facing experience (B2B, facilities, or construction preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident on the phone and in email outreach
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage pipelines, maintain CRM hygiene, and prioritize effectively
