- Responsible for the performance, input and output of the unit

- Oversee the planning and execution of supply chain activities
- Responsible for managing standard order team
- Create, update, and maintain supply chain processes
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics
- Implement inventory sourcing strategies
- Implement and maintain supply chain processes within the unit
- Develop and motivate people to grow with the company
- Implement policies, standards, values and culture
- Responsible for safety of the people, processes and manufactured/delivered products
