Requirements

• Accurate and consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment
• Execution of production with Standard Operating Procedures and blueprints
• Reporting deviations to Status Boards immediately
• Participation in Daily Status Board Meetings
• Review and suggestion of improvements for Standard Operating Procedures
• Elimination of waste opportunities
• Engagement in daily and weekly 5S routines
• Cross-training in different manufacturing processes
• Efficient use of downtime to learn new processes and run improvements
