Attorney: Property Casualty/1st Party Property | Fully Remote

We are looking for an all-star property casualty litigator with at least 3 years of experience to assist with our vibrant and growing practice. The successful candidate will have experience managing cases in state and federal courts, supervising/mentoring staff, managing discovery, and preparing for trial.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Property Casualty, 1st Party Property, or Civil Litigation experience
• Experience managing cases in state and federal courts
• Experience supervising/mentoring staff
• Experience managing discovery
• Experience taking/defending depositions
• Experience writing petitions, complaints, motions and briefs
• Experience preparing for trial
• Admitted to practice in the State of California
