We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager/Senior Manager to support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns that drive growth, engagement, and revenue. This role requires a strong ability to execute omnichannel initiatives with commercial savviness and creative judgement, organizational rigor within fast-moving workstreams and ability to own initiatives end-to-end while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of marketing experience, at DTC eCommerce brands, ideally with large or complex product catalogs
- Demonstrated ability to plan and operate within a fast-moving commercial marketing calendar, balancing launches, promotions, and evergreen initiatives
- A marketing generalist mindset, with excitement and hands-on execution working across a broad range of channels and initiatives
- Brings an analytical mindset alongside thoughtful creative judgment
- Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments
- Strong prioritization, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Comfort working cross-functionally and proactively coordinating inputs, timelines, and stakeholders; clear communicator with strong attention to detail and follow-through
