Job Description
AlertMedia is seeking a Senior Manager of Customer Marketing to lead a team focused on retention, expansion, and community building. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with 2+ years focused on customer marketing, retention/lifecycle, or growth.
- 2+ years of experience managing and developing high-performing direct reports.
- Proven success leading integrated programs that increase product adoption, reduce churn, and drive expansion pipeline.
- Experience building marketing programs across multiple channels.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Data-savvy mindset.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills.
