Job Description
AlertMedia is seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist to support SMB customer relationships as they begin their AlertMedia onboarding journey. This role focuses on proactively owning customer implementations, acting as a product expert, and ensuring a seamless post-implementation handoff. The specialist will drive time to value, build customer advocacy, and contribute to a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in a customer-facing role in a SaaS environment
- 1+ years’ experience guiding customers through the onboarding and implementation lifecycle
- Experience using a CRM system such as: Salesforce, Gainsight, HubSpot, Zendesk
- Strong English language skills (written and verbal)
