Requirements

• Member of the Quebec Bar for at least 5 to 6 years
• Solid experience in civil law, commercial law, security, and bankruptcy law
• Marked interest in the business world
• Ability to plead in first-instance courts
• Proficiency in both French and English, both orally and in writing
