Head of Marketing, Surgical, ANZ at Alcon. Develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies for the Surgical portfolio in order to deliver against agreed growth targets.
Requirements
- Minimum/Essential: Science or Commercial/Marketing Degree
- Preferred: Post Graduate qualifications in Business or Marketing
- Strong marketing experience, with evidence of at least 3 years at the Marketing Manager level, in the medical device industry
- Proven capability in strategic marketing
- Proven ability to lead and motivate others with demonstrated experience in improving the capability of a team and holding people to account
- Skilled in juggling multiple priorities and working to close deadlines
- Proven success in effectively building KOL relationships
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
