Feed Delivery CDL Driver - Class A or B CDL

ALCIVIA is looking for a dependable and safety-focused Feed Delivery CDL Driver to join their team. The role involves delivering bulk and bagged feed products to cooperative members and customers within the local area.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
• Clean driving record
• Previous delivery experience with Class A or B CDL preferred
• Professional appearance and conduct representing the cooperative
• Basic computer and technology proficiency
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional customer service orientation
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to task completion
• Ability to assess situations and recommend effective solutions
• Demonstrated integrity and accountability
• Resilience and ability to recover quickly from setbacks
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to operate trucks safely, obey traffic laws, and apply defensive driving techniques
• Physical capability to sit and drive for extended periods, enter/exit the truck frequently, and lift up to 60 lbs
• Willingness to work in outdoor and varying weather conditions
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety protocols
