Requirements

• Prior experience as a Machine Setter in a food production or manufacturing setting
• Solid mechanical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and repair machinery
• Familiarity with health and safety practices within a food manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail to maintain the quality of production outputs
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with others
• Flexibility to work the specified shifts and adapt to production requirements as needed
