AlayaCare is looking for a Project Manager to join their Customer Success Operations team. The role involves delivering best-in-class software implementations to enterprise clients, managing cross-functional teams, and driving projects to completion on time, within scope and budget.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of project management experience in a software or professional services environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., B.Sc., B.Comm).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification (e.g., CAPM, PRINCE2, CSM, SAFe).
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale or enterprise software projects.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- A proven ability to handle multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
- A passion for problem-solving and delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Willing to travel as required.
