Associate - Corporate Development (M&A) & Strategy

Alantra is seeking a highly skilled and multidisciplinary Associate to join its Strategy & Corporate Development team. The ideal candidate will combine strong financial and analytical capabilities with exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of relevant experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or corporate strategy within tier-1 firms.
• A strong academic background in Business, Finance, Economics, or Engineering from a top-tier institution.
• Outstanding quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to build and interpret complex financial models and assess performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior executives and committees.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously, balancing detail orientation with strategic vision.
• A proactive, structured, and problem-solving mindset, with strong business judgment.
• Fluency in English is mandatory (Spanish is a plus).
