Scientist I - Technology Development

We are seeking a Scientist, Technology Development, to join our technology development team. The successful candidate will contribute to the advancement of our proprietary protein detection platform.

Requirements

• Design and execute experiments for early-phase new product development and optimization of existing technologies to advance Alamar’s NGS-based high-plex immunoassay platform.
• Apply advanced laboratory techniques to support innovative technology development and assay optimization.
• Generate high-quality data and maintain comprehensive, accurate records of experimental procedures, reagents, methodologies, and results.
• Analyze experimental data, evaluate assay performance, and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure robustness and reliability.
• Collaborate with bioinformatics and engineering teams to integrate automation and data analysis workflows on Alamar’s proprietary instrument platform.
