Financial Controller - APAC

Akuna Capital is seeking a proactive and self-starter Financial Controller to join their Finance department. The role involves monitoring accounting controls, supervising the accounting team, managing month-end closures, maintaining accounting records, preparing reports, and coordinating audits. The position will gain exposure to international accounting and trading within a growing firm.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or similar
• 5+ years of professional accounting experience
• Managerial role experience
• Experience leading a finance team or public accounting in financial services
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Proficiency in MS Office software (especially Excel)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
