Job Description
We are looking for a Clerk Factoring Customer Service/Credit Management to join our team in Frankfurt. You will be responsible for a fixed customer base and will be the main point of contact for our customers and their buyers. You will process payment transactions, check claims, and provide customer service, including debt collection.
Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or several years of relevant professional experience
- Good accounting knowledge, optionally in account reconciliation and payment transactions
- MS-Office knowledge, good arithmetic skills, and language skills in German C1 in word and writing
