We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our team at AKSA Power Generation USA. The successful candidate will have a passion for problem-solving, enjoy working with a creative and diverse group of people, and be able to take initiative to research and develop innovative solutions.
Requirements
- Create new customer accounts, service and maintain existing accounts
- Assess customers’ needs and interests to direct which products and services will fit their needs
- Reach sales goals as outlined by Sales department
- Support in marketing and sales of new products
- Interact with other departments to guide project development and ensure timely delivery of projects
- Review sales orders to ensure project costs, materials, and scheduled delivery meet the customer specifications and deadlines
- Establish, sustain and develop business, social and networking relationships with contacts in the power generation industry
- Create installation or production costs to prepare and submit bid specifications to current and potential customers
- Prioritize the resolution of customer issues and complaints
- Attend sales meetings, events, and keep up knowledge of current products, services and trends
- Be familiar with the equipment and production processes to answer customer questions
- Review sales performance results and form a plan to achieve higher results in the future
- Create oral and written analysis on customer needs, interests, issues, competitive advantage tools for new products and services
- Direct all business transactions in a timely and ethical manner
