Job Description
Akelius is seeking a Building Superintendent to maintain and repair buildings in major cities around the world. The role involves general maintenance, repair of building systems, renovation projects, and preventative maintenance. The position is for someone who is excellent at customer service and problem-solving, and comfortable working independently.
Requirements
- ✔️ You have the right to work in Canada
- ✔️ 3 years of experience in general building maintenance (or equivalent training)
- ✔️ Knowledge of electricity, plumbing, heating, ventilation (HVAC) systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and independence
- Organized, you know how to prioritize and manage your time effectively
