Job Description
Akelius is a real estate acquisition, improvement, and management company with operations in several cities across North America. They are seeking a friendly concierge focused on customer service to be the primary contact for their property in downtown Montreal. The role involves maintaining high standards of customer service, ensuring property accessibility, and handling deliveries and mail.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English (mandatory)
- 1 year of customer service experience (or equivalent)
- Availability based on shift schedule (Wednesday to Friday from 16h-24h, Saturday & Sunday from 16h-24h, Monday to Friday from 22h-6h)
