Job Description
We're looking for a Notarial Secretary to join our team at AKD Benelux Lawyers in Amsterdam for the Finance department, performing administrative and support tasks and reporting to the Office Support Coordinator.
Requirements
- Performing administrative and support tasks for staff
- Opening and managing files in Assyst
- Performing searches in registers
- Collecting information from institutions and online
- Identifying and registering clients
- Scheduling appointments
- Preparing documents
- Maintaining accurate records
- Time tracking
- Monthly processing of pre-bills and Excel sheets
