Management Assistent

We are looking for a dedicated assistant to strengthen our litigation department in our Amsterdam office. You will provide excellent administrative and organizational support to the lawyers so they can focus on their legal work.

Requirements

• Proactively keeping track of agendas, files and client files
• Monitor action items and deadlines
• Supporting work on bankruptcies
• Monitor deadlines and terms in the role administration
• Processing correspondence
• Supporting billing
• Assisting with the preparation of procedural documents
• Organizing on- and offline meetings, preparing presentations and maintaining contact with the travel agency for business trips
• General supporting work
• Participating in projects (groups)
