Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in food science, nutrition, culinary science, dietetics or related field
• 5+ years of experience in food product development or nutritional science
• Proficiency in labeling software with the ability to learn Genesis
• Experience working with suppliers and vendors to identify and source alternative ingredients that meet quality and regulatory standards
• Experience in recipe development and new food product formulation aligned with clinical nutrition principles and market needs
