Job Description
Ajax Systems is an international high-tech company looking for a recruiter to work with administrative and technical positions, including engineers, PM, planners, and technical specialists. The recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, search and attraction of candidates, conducting interviews, and communication with department managers.
Requirements
- Higher education
- Experience in personnel selection
- Technical roles experience (desired)
- Fluent spoken and written language
- Self-organization
- Ability to work with multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Confident PC user (CRM / ATS / HRMS / Google Sheets)
