Requirements
- 5 to 7+ years in product management, ideally in databases, developer platforms, or cloud services
- Proven ability to simplify complex technical features into intuitive developer experiences
- Strong understanding of PostgreSQL and/or relational databases, plus curiosity about extensions like pgvector, PostgREST, and Citus
- Experience with developer workflows (CI/CD, branching, observability, AI tooling)
- Strong collaboration skills; equally comfortable working with engineers, sales teams, and developer communities
- Excellent communication and storytelling ability to align teams and inspire adoption
