Job Description
Join AIT Worldwide Logistics as a Forklift Operator II and help transfer goods and materials from incoming and outbound shipments via a forklift. Operate a manually controlled gasoline or electric powered Forklift to pick-up, deliver or move materials around the warehouse location.
Requirements
- Operate a manually controlled gasoline or electric powered Forklift to pick-up, deliver or move materials around the warehouse location
- Able to operate lifting devices such as lift, boom, scoop, lift beam and swivel hook, fork grapple, clamps, elevating platform, or trailer hitch
- Operate machinery to push, pull, lift, stack, tier, or move products, equipment, or materials
- Perform regular safety & maintenance checks by inspecting machinery to determine any repair need
- Maintain accurate inventory and report any discrepancies
- Consistently follow instructions, either while working independently, or as part of a team
- Comply with all company policies and legal guidelines
- Performs other duties as assigned
