Job Description
Become a part of Thailand’s no.1 Digital Service Provider and explore new business opportunities to add value for contact center platform, outsourced contact center solution, AIS touchpoint, and relevant enterprise business units.
Requirements
- Analyzing business data for service enhancement, service optimization, and new business model development
- Defining new business development analysis, project feasibility, and key business requirements
- Coordinating with relevant business units for new customer implementation
- Collaborating with IT teams and arranging business development meetings with prospective clients
- Analyzing and recommending product proposals, contracts, and documentation
- Acting as point of contact for platform resolution and escalation of key items with external customers and internally with cross-functional teams
- Interacting with senior management levels at clients and/or within AIS, involving negotiating or influencing on significant matters
- Gathering relevant market information and best practices in contact center technology movement, benchmarking, or industry trend
