Job Description
Become a part of Thailand's no.1 Digital Service Provider, looking for a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to manage Microsoft 365 services and Azure infrastructure.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in cloud operations, DevOps, or SRE roles with hands-on AWS or Azure (GCP is a plus).
- Strong OS administration skills (Windows/Linux), experience with patching tools (SSM, Azure Update, Ansible), and backup operations.
- Solid networking fundamentals: VPC/VNet, routing/NAT, load balancing (L4/L7), DNS/TLS, firewall/NSG rules.
- Experience with observability tools (CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics) and actionable alert design.
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation) and Git-based workflows.
- Scripting skills in Python or PowerShell; comfortable working with APIs and automation runbooks.
- Strong understanding of security concepts (encryption, KMS/Key Vault, secrets, policy/guardrails).
- Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem); able to write clear RCAs and participate in CAB.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and simply.
