Requirements
- Greet and assist guests with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Manage lane assignments, parties, reservations, and monitor lane availability.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bowling area.
- Assist with organizing and coordinating bowling leagues and tournaments.
- Handle league registrations, payments, and scheduling.
- Promote and sell a variety of packages, including bowling, arcade, and other indoor and outdoor activities.
- Assist guests in selecting the best packages for their needs and ensure a seamless experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, handle cash transactions, and manage receipts.
- Monitor guest behavior to ensure safety and adherence to center rules.
- Address any safety concerns or incidents promptly and report them to management.
