Job Description
AirTrunk is seeking a Technical Services Manager for its API and Japan hub, reporting to the Senior Technical Services Manager. The role involves maintaining critical environment operations, leading a team, and coordinating with customers to ensure uptime and compliance. This is a pivotal position within a rapidly growing and innovative company serving customers worldwide.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in facilities or operations management
- Fluency in both English and Japanese (reading, writing, speaking)
- Electrical or mechanical trade background or degree
- Ability to establish and review method of procedure documents
- Experience managing third party service providers
- Experience with Customer Portals, BMS, Computerized Maintenance Management Systems
- Ability to effectively manage internal and external customers
- Ability to deliver effective presentations
- Ability to travel in Japan (<25%)
