Job Description
Artificial is looking for a Payroll and Compensation Specialist to join our team in Manresa. The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll and compensation in Spain, with deep knowledge of Spanish labor and tax legislation.
Requirements
- Degree in Law, ADE, RRLL, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in payroll and compensation in Spain
- Deep knowledge of Spanish labor and tax legislation
- Experience in payroll systems and ERP (e.g. SAP HCM)
- Essential experience with software like A3NOM or Salaria
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent analytical, communication, and discretion skills
- B2 level English (desirable)
