Requirements
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance management or supervision of air conditioning and low-voltage installations.
- Driving license: Class B.
- Preferred residence in Barcelona or Lleida.
- Homologated degree.
- Knowledge of energy efficiency.
- Use of control systems (BMS) and monitoring systems
- Experience in GMAO
- Knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD) and budgets (TCQ, Presto)
- Knowledge of photovoltaic installations and experience in construction
