VP of Engineering

airSlate is a global SaaS technology company that develops no-code workflow automation, electronic signature, and document management solutions. We're looking for a VP of Engineering to lead our global team and drive engineering excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years in senior leadership roles (Director/VP) within a SaaS company or high-growth technology environment
• Track record of delivering SaaS products end-to-end, including managing large-scale releases, ensuring product reliability, and meeting customer and business expectations
• Strong business acumen — proven ability to align engineering delivery with company strategy, revenue goals, and customer needs
• Experience partnering with executives and cross-functional leaders to balance technical decisions with business tradeoffs
• Deep expertise in software and platform architecture, distributed systems, and SaaS infrastructure
• Proven track record scaling global, distributed teams with a strong remote-first culture
• Experience delivering both self-serve scale and enterprise-grade platforms
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML infrastructure is a plus
• Familiarity with our stack is a plus: Laravel (PHP), Go, React/Redux, Node.js, Playwright, Selenium, Swift, Kotlin, cloud-native infra, Kubernetes, CI/CD
