Requirements
- Develop and oversee regional sales strategies to drive new customer acquisition and expansion within existing accounts.
- Partner with sales leaders and account executives to structure, guide, and win complex enterprise deals.
- Build scalable processes and playbooks that empower the sales team to consistently achieve revenue goals.
- Strengthen the current sales organization and establish scalable systems for predictable pipeline generation.
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships and channel networks to accelerate market reach.
- Lead data-driven sales operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM optimization.
- Define clear goals, foster a high-performance culture, and coach team members for growth.
- Collaborate with global teams to align strategy and represent AIRS Medical at major industry events.
