Requirements
- 4+ years of customer service experience in telecom, billing, or managed services
- BPO experience is a must
- Strong background in state-sign customer service billing support
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with telecom industry standards, billing platforms, and troubleshooting procedures
- Experience with major telecom providers (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, Comcast, etc.) is a plus
