Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering—preferably in Mechanical, Automation, Aerospace, or Industrial Engineering
• At least 7 years of experience in managing complex technical projects
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of automation technologies, composites, and Lean Manufacturing
• Comfortable with project management tools and reporting systems
