Assist senior recruiters in screening candidates, support and manage recruitment for Executive to Senior Executive level positions, and facilitate a positive candidate experience. Gain hands-on experience in managing key talent initiatives and external communications effectively.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent communication both verbal and written in English with interpersonal and presentational skills
• Familiarise with Google Suites, Canva or other basic graphic design tools for content creation
• Highly organized, meticulous, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
• Professional and personable demeanor for effective interaction with candidates, recruiters, the Employer Branding (EB) team, and management
• Strong focus on accuracy, particularly when compiling data summaries
• Able to adapt and be proactive in a fast-paced, changing work environment
