Flight Operations Assistant

Flight Operations Assistant will play a vital role in ensuring the safe, smooth, and efficient movement of all AirAsia flights, working closely with Flight Dispatchers, Duty Managers, Ramp teams, ATC, and other airport authorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Aeronautical Engineering, Air Transportation, Aviation Management, Tourism Management, Logistics, or any related field
• CAAP Licensed Flight Dispatcher and/or graduate of Flight Dispatch course (preferable)
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a high-pressure operational environment
• A proactive communicator who can coordinate effectively with various teams, airport authorities, and operational units
• Strong situational awareness, problem-solving ability, and the discipline required in flight operations
• A team player with the flexibility to support irregular operations and shifting priorities
• Experience in aviation operations, airline ground handling, or OCC-related tasks (advantageous)
