Job Description
The Air Line Pilots Association, International (ALPA) seeks an Accounting Assistant to provide support to the MEC Administration, Finance department, and MEC Office Supervisor by maintaining accurate financial records, submitting required financial data filings, and reviewing invoices for accuracy and payment processing.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Two years prior experience with business math and accounting
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer/member service experience
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively on assigned tasks
