We are hiring Maintenance Technicians at our apartment communities in Denver, CO. Our Maintenance Technicians help as many residents as possible each day with industry leading technology. Every day is filled with new challenges, whether it's turning an apartment to create the perfect move-in experience or resolving service requests to ensure our residents feel at home.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in some form of facilities or building environment
- Proficient skills in at least two technical trades (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry, etc.)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, 7-day work weeks (depending on community needs and seasonality), and on-call shifts (at least one week a month)
- A reliable mode of transportation to respond to emergency service requests while on-call after hours
- Comfort with physical activity as you must be able and willing to move heavy equipment and machinery
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
