Requirements
- At least 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a facilities or building environment
- Proficient skills in at least two technical trades (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry, etc.)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, 7-day work weeks, and on-call shifts
- Reliable mode of transportation to respond to emergency service requests while on-call after hours
- Comfort with physical activity, ability to move heavy equipment and machinery
