Ainsworth, a GDI company, is seeking a Service Coordinator/Dispatcher to provide initial contact with customers, troubleshoot issues, schedule service work, and ensure field personnel have the information they need. The role involves both direct customer interaction and administrative tasks, aiming to enhance service delivery and support the growth of the team. Responsibilities include customer service, scheduling, record keeping, and communication with field personnel and other departments.
