Manager, Digital Security

We are seeking a Manager, Digital Security to advance and mature AIA's identity and security posture by optimizing Okta and Microsoft Entra ID capabilities in alignment with GIS standards. The role will also provide expert guidance and advisory support to business units to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient identity and access management practices.

Requirements

• Design, implement, and maintain secure identity and access management solutions
• Provide guidance to business units on identity security best practices
• Lead engineering efforts for Okta and Entra ID
• Perform hands-on integration of applications for Single Sign-On (SSO) and secure authentication
• Apply strong knowledge of user authentication and authorization methods
• Implement and maintain administration best practices
• Monitor identity systems for vulnerabilities and compliance gaps
• Collaborate with GIS and application teams to align identity solutions with business needs and security requirements
• Utilize DevOps tools such as Terraform for infrastructure-as-code and automation of identity configurations and deployments
