We are seeking an Assistant Manager, Individual Life to assist the Application Manager in implementation and execution of all initiatives according to strategy. The role will manage the solution area, implement solutions according to design philosophies, and act as the SME for key technology areas.

Requirements

• Degree in IT from an accredited institution
• 8-10 years of experience in IT application development environment
• 6-8 years of supervisory experience on the supported IT domain
• Sound experience in execution of IT projects
• Strong communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Domain proficiency in insurance business and its operations
