Operations Manager

AI Acquisition is seeking an Operations Manager to architect and lead the operational infrastructure of the company as it scales. The role requires hands-on experience in building and scaling an agency, operating in high-growth startups, or acting as the operational right hand to a founder.

Requirements

• 3+ years in operations, startup leadership, agency environments, consulting, SaaS, or high-growth businesses
• Proven track record building operational systems from zero
• Experience scaling teams and driving measurable operational outcomes
• Former agency owners, startup operators, or founder right-hand leaders strongly preferred
• Deep understanding of service delivery economics and profitability
• Strong commercial acumen
• Experience managing cross-functional global teams
