Job Description
The Pathways Project Coordinator is responsible for developing and managing initiatives to create a talent pipeline for future Direct Support Professionals. The role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to build relationships with students and staff.
Requirements
- Develop and implement Pathways program activities
- Coordinate work-based learning opportunities for students
- Support DSP/FLS staff with NADSP E-Badge requirements
- Maintain accurate program records and prepare reports
- Attend meetings with NADSP representatives
