Job Description
Provide ongoing support to individuals with intellectual and other disabilities to ensure active participation in every aspect of their lives. Ensure a safe and clean home, support individuals in preparing meals, and assist with medication administration.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid NYS drivers' license
- Ability to communicate and understand written and oral directives/information
- Ability to meet physical demands of the position (lifting and transferring of individuals)
