Job Description
ADCB, Emirates NBD, and DIB are seeking a Chief Technology Officer to lead technical development of a high-growth fintech platform in the UAE's auto-finance sector. This role focuses on platform development, API integrations, and ensuring compliance within a regulated environment. The CTO will manage a development team and maintain alignment with security and stability.
Requirements
- Lead architecture and development of a compliant, scalable financial platform.
- Own real-time transaction engine and API integrations with banks.
- Guide the development team with clarity.
- Balance security, speed, and stability.
- Experience with banking integration (APIs, real-time systems)
